I’ve lived here for almost three years and the location is the best with restaurants, stores, and nature reserves within walking distance. In these three years rarely have I had a maintenance issue, but when I have, they took care of it quickly. I highly recommend these apartments. It’s a nice quiet community.

I love the community atmosphere here. There are two playgrounds and my two-year-old loves to go and play with the other kids. What really stands out is how awesome the maintenance staff is. They went above and beyond to make sure our issues were resolved. The office staff have been great as well. I definitely recommend this place.

This is such a great apartment complex to live in. The neighborhood is very nice and kid friendly. The staff at Brandon Oaks is super nice and even helped me out in a time of need which was very much appreciated. I have lived here going on three years now and the maintenance man, Rob is by far the best maintenance man I’ve had throughout my life with many different apartments. He is always on top of any services you need. I will submit a maintenance request and 99% of the time, he comes and fixes the issue that day, if not the following day. He’s very patient and educated you at the same time. Very happy with my experience.

Most of the people who live here are respectful and look out for one another. Low crime, except for the crime that finds its way into our area from the outside - The office and maintenance do all they can to help and are all amazing. Overall, this is a very very nice place to live and call home!!
